Clubhouse

Covering a total floor area of approx. 10,400 sq. ft., the clubhouse is built on 3 levels with a ground floor entry.

It has a fully functional gym and yoga room, an outdoor swimming pool and flood-lit synthetic grass tennis court, a pool table room, a lounge cum reading room, a sauna and steam room, massage room, coffee pavilion, table tennis room and children playroom etc. to be utilized exclusively by the residents of the villas and their guests.

The clubhouse has been placed on the higher contour levels of the site so that it enjoys 360 degree views of the mountains with the floodlit tennis court built above the drivers dormitory.
