Amidst the serene setting of the Kasauli hills, ‘the Woodside’ is a low density niche luxury residential mountain villa development comprising thirty five (35) villas built on an approx.12 acre site separated by expanses of trees and flora. The development is uniquely positioned on the periphery of Kasauli town between Village Jatrog and Dhaula in Tehsil Kasauli, Sub Tehsil Krishangarh, DistrictSolan and is approached by a quiet country road. The development is only 2 hours 15 minutes’ drive from the Chandigarh airport with excellent views of the Himalayan ranges especially the hills of Solan, Shimla, Chail and Kasauli.

Each villa occupies spacious living areas with several open balconies, cozy fire places, wooden decks, private lawns and private plunge pools (some heated) ranging from about 2,800 sq. ft. to a maximum of 10,000 sq. ft. in size (2 to 8 bedrooms) with very modern/ contemporary interiors. With dedicated house keeper(s) for each villa alongwith an attached maids room (with its own attached bathroom) and separate housing for drivers, each villa has something distinct to offer and epitomizes elegance and luxury.

‘Woodside Villas Kasauli’ truly sits in the lap of nature but yet guests get access to internet, cable TV, fully equipped modular kitchens and full dining services from the clubhouse and the restaurant called the ‘Pizza Deck’.
