Progressive Hospitality is a leading villa management company in India. Founded in 2018, the company strives to provide customized home stay experiences for its guests, while ensuring excellent upkeep and maintenance and attractive investment yields for its villa owners for all villa properties under management.

The company under the leadership of Mr. Karun Hoon has grown manifold since its inception. Having joined the family business from a very early age, Karun garnered valuable experience working in the automobile (Hyundai and Hero Motocorp dealership), hospitality and F&B sectors. Karun is a hospitality graduate from the San Francisco State University, USA.

At ‘the Woodside’, Progressive Hospitality manages the operations, renting/ licensing and maintenance of fifteen (15) villas on behalf of their respective villa owners (called the ‘Woodside Villas Kasauli’) along with the F&B services at the clubhouse (servicing the clubhouse and all villas in the development) and the restaurant called the ‘Pizza Deck’.
